...that is blue on the map.
The campaign claimed it's bag free status on July the 5th, with a 75% reduction in single use bags, and 90% shops on board – over ½ of
which have already switched.
They also have this fantastic animated video made by the local primary school. Enjoy!

carrier bags

we do not empty our fuel tanks onto the road or throw
refuse sacks and bin liners into tree's.. Republic of Ireland just use 300% more sacks and bin liners now....hhmm
if the government had opted to buy into recycling for all plastics
at a local level 10 years ago, we would not be in the position we are now, were
councils are being advised to apply for licenses for captive
incineration units to burn all rubbish...(not a bad idea, at least we can produce energy from it) Commercialism will soon be dead...and branding of products made illegal..down with coca cola and walkers crisps...great! we can all grow vegetables and live in tribal communities, sharing essentials and not commercial success..until the jones buy a new nuclear fuelled Big Mac rotivator making the whole situation simply intolerable!!!!oh dear, have I said something wrong..
