Over at the google group (http://groups.google.com/group/plasticbagfree) there's a great story about the hard work of a group of children at Banchory Primary school.

The local Plastic Bag Free campaign has been working with the school on plastic bags, and this has included a survey (of bag usage and attitudes), design and production of posters and bags, an award ceremony, and the sale of over 1000 bags.

It's all led to them winning the Scottish division of the Total Green Award.
